Are your supplements 100% genuine?

Yes. Every product is imported through authorised channels and reaches you with the original brand seal, an India-compliant importer label and a visible batch number and expiry date. We never sell refilled, loose or near-expiry stock.

How long does delivery take?

We currently deliver within Telangana only. Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day — usually next-day delivery in Hyderabad and 1–3 days across the rest of Telangana. You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders above ₹5,000. Below that, a flat shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. All orders are prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets); we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Can I return a product?

Supplements are consumables, so we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. If a product reaches you damaged, incorrect or with a broken seal, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

How do I verify my product is authentic?

Check the importer sticker and batch number on the tub, then use the brand's own verification where available — for example, scratch the TRU seal on Optimum Nutrition tubs and verify the code at authenticateon.in. Not sure? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll check it with you.

Do you supply gyms or bulk orders?

We do. Gym owners, coaches and teams get dedicated pricing on orders of 10+ units. Reach us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your requirement and we'll send a quote within a working day.
